Johnathan Harwood, an employee at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, New York has been arrested for allegedly stealing personal information from patients and using the data to obtain credit cards.
According to the report from CBS 6, Harwood did make one purchase before getting caught.
Harwood managed to make one purchase, but the item was sent to the residence of one of the identity theft victims, the Sheriff's Office said.
Investigators believe that only three patients data were affected.
